ITALWATT designs and produces filtering systems for different electro-mechanic or electronic devices.

The idea is the improvement of off-the-shelf products, raising their characteristics to MIL-STD level in terms of EMI compliance:

  • MIL-STD-461F or G
  • DEF STANDARD 59-4011
  • GAM T3, AECTP500
  • ISO 10605

Depending on the product, two solutions can be applied: a “faraday box” with the device enclosed and connected through our filtering system or an in-line cable filter.

Usually filtered devices are engine, transmission, braking ECU, electric engines such as pumps or wiper motor.

The product will be validated and qualified by accredited testing laboratories.
